My 500 RYT

I studied at Wisdom Flow Yoga in Maui, HI where I completed the 300-hour advanced training designed for teachers already certified at the 200-hour level. This course dives deeper into therapeutics, variations for students with limitation and variations for students who want to explore advanced asana. This training also moves through the yoga sutras to embrace and gel the philosophy of this illustrious lifestyle.
